How Your Details Are Used
Montgomery Plumbing Pros is a referral service, so the only reason this site asks for your details is to put you in touch with a plumber. This page explains, in plain words, what the form collects, who sees it, and how to ask for your details to be removed.

What the form collects
When you send a request, the form collects your name, your phone number, your address if you choose to give it, and the message you write about the problem. It also notes which page of the site you sent it from, which tells us whether you were reading about a water heater, a drain or a particular town. The form also records the internet (IP) address the request came from, which helps filter out spam. That is the whole list. Your street address is optional, though a plumber will usually need it before they can come out and look.
Who sees it
Your request is shared with an independent local plumber who handles that kind of work in your area, so they can contact you with a quote. The plumber is a separate business. They are not part of Montgomery Plumbing Pros, and we do not employ them or do the work ourselves. Once they have your request, how they reach you and what they quote is between you and them, so it is worth asking any plumber how they handle the information you give them directly.
What we do not do
Your details are not sold to anyone. Sending a request does not add you to a mailing list or a newsletter, and it is not passed around to a string of companies. It goes to a plumber for the job you described, and that is the reason it is shared.
Removing your details
If you would like your details removed, or you sent a request by mistake and want it withdrawn, send a short note through the contact page with the name and phone number you used, and say what you would like removed. We will reply as soon as we can to confirm.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask. The same contact form works for questions about this page, and when you are ready to describe a plumbing problem, the request form is the place to start.
